Technical Sales – Business Development Manager

Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods. Prospect might have to travel and visit client at the GM request.

Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive lead s through the sales process by initiating face – to – face appointments with Outside Sales team

Follow up with Sales Manager, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by the MD or assigned person.

Consistently log and record each – and – every outreach made in Salesforce.com, producing regular activity reports as requested by the direct report.

Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives

Ability to close deals.

To support the retention of existing business at re-tender times and to pursue leads to expand existing business.

To work with and support large accounts.

To actively promote the sale of additional soft services, drawing on the Soft Service support as required.

To support mobilization of new business with agreed handover to Operations.

Represents and accepts responsibility for a company decision made by others.

To actively target and build prospect client relationships in your geographic area.

Maintain and develop close client relationship of new contracts.

Develop and actively engage in client relationship building.

Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer and third party organization and builds relationships with them.

Shares knowledge, experience and expertise with key clients, customer and third parties

Work closely with Managing Director to effectively target prospects using a regional team approach.

Uses a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

To ensure successful sales and business mobilization with early achievement of both the required financial run rates and quality standards.

Prepares fully for negotiations, to include identifying desired outcomes and acceptable / unacceptable comprise.

Assesses reactions to own approach and flexibly adapts language and style to gain agreement.

Handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Actively controls the course of the interaction to achieve the desired result, planning for fallback position.

To actively promote your own development to ensure ongoing sales success.

Targets and develops a network of influential internal and external contacts.

Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations.

Ensure company pro-forma process is accurately completed for all proposals and new business gains.

Ensure the requirements of the Business Conduct Policy are fulfilled at all times.

Ensure that promises made by the team or any member of the wider team are kept and commitments are honored in an honest and responsible way.

Ensure all team members behave in a professional manner at all times by adopting and following the Business Conduct Policy.

Job Requirements

Ability to comprehend the company product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects – REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN IT OR CYBER SECURITY PRODUCTS IS A MUST!

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within Cyber Security

Must interact effectively with all level s of management and staff, internally and externally

Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting

Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals

Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated , and must work well individually or as a member of a team

Strong Internet research skills required

Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills .

Proficient in Salesforce.com

Highly organized and attentive to details

Self – starting with solid follow – through and multi – tasking capabilities

Ability to handle a fast – paced environment and challenging workload

Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, with sales track record

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in related field

Good Account Management skills.

Fluency in English is essential.

Fluency in Arabic is desirable.

Good communication, interpersonal, customer service and writing skills.

Sales in IT training products, selling seats for training and academy style training. Cyber Security is the core of the training that we are selling.
