Sr.Security Engineer –Dubai

Work Experience: 5-10 Years

Place of Posting: JLT,Dubai

Currently we have an opportunity for the position of Security Engineer

Role Activities:

* Handle Implementation of various Security Solutions

* Handle Majorly the Implementation Projects of the Mcafee SIEM/EPO Solutions

* Handle Majorly the Implementation Projects of the Mcafee IPS /IDS Solutions

* Handle Post-Sales Support on various security solutions

* Ensure all the calls / requests, which are logged / escalated to him are updated as and when

reported and solve them as per the SLA

* Co-ordinate directly with End Customer / Vendor when required to solve cases

* To ensure that all cases details gets logged / updated in at Case notes and logical closure of the

calls.

* To do advanced troubleshooting by taking remote sessions of customer setup if needed

* Do Solution / Architecture design

* Involve on BOQ Sizing & Architecture Designing on the solutions which are being worked.

* Contribute to Technical Knowledge base on the solved cases

* Involve in weekly discussion on the Closed & Open Projects / Support Activities

Mandatory:

Mcafee – SIEM Solutions

Mcafee – IPS Solutions

Good Communication

Certifications: Mcafee Certifications – Added Advantage
